Cover story: Search agencies reach out to social media

Search agencies are turning to social media to maintain their profitability as margins become increasingly squeezed and clients demand more value for their money, reveals this year’s nma Marketing Services Guide.

The fifth annual ranking of digital specialists shows the sector in rude health, despite having to diversify owing to factors including Google’s decision to remove it’ agency commission scheme last year, as well as increasingly narrow profit margins.
